Initial consultations take place at our office on Jalan Raja Chulan or via a scheduled call, depending on your preference and the nature of your matter. We aim to schedule these within a few business days of your enquiry.

A typical corporate formation engagement, from initial consultation through to completed SSM registration and documentation, spans two to four weeks. The timeline depends on the entity type and the complexity of the shareholding structure.

A brief description of your matter and any relevant documents — such as existing contracts, correspondence, or corporate documents — will help us prepare and make the most of your time. You are not expected to have everything in order before we speak.

Fees for our principal services are fixed and communicated before any work commences. For matters outside the standard scope, time-based billing applies at a rate agreed in advance. There are no undisclosed charges.

Yes. Many of our engagements are conducted by correspondence and remote meetings. Where physical attendance is necessary, we will discuss arrangements with you. Our work is grounded in Malaysian law and applies to clients across the country.
